Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Safely operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with proper certification
- Maintain organized inventory counts and cycle counts in compliance with SOPs
- Inspect and sort inbound freight for quality control and damage assessment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
- Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and housekeeping standards
- Support inventory audits and reconciliation processes
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic math skills for inventory management and order verification
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance for weekend shifts (Sat/Sun)
- Willingness to obtain forklift certification (training provided)
- Attention to detail with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
