Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and ship customer orders to ensure 99% on-time delivery targets are met.
- Operate warehouse machinery, including pallet jacks, forklifts (certification provided upon hire), and hand trucks, strictly adhering to safety protocols.
- Utilize RF scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) to maintain accurate inventory counts and data entry.
- Ensure the warehouse floor is clean, organized, and compliant with OSHA safety standards and company policies.
- Assist in loading and unloading trailers during the busy weekend peak hours.
- Collaborate with the team to resolve logistical bottlenecks and improve workflow efficiency.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate handheld scanning devices.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Atlanta facility.
- Flexibility to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) as required.
