Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and process incoming freight and shipments accurately.
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for delivery using warehouse management systems.
- Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently, ensuring cargo security.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts) and handheld scanners.
- Report inventory discrepancies and safety hazards immediately to supervisors.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and OSHA regulations.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn handheld scanning technology quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Reliable transportation to the Boston facility.
- Willingness to work weekends and flexible overtime as needed.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
