Responsibilities
- Loading & Unloading: Safely load and unload freight from trucks and trailers using appropriate equipment.
- Inventory Management: Perform cycle counts, stock organization, and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Picking & Packing: Accurately pick and pack customer orders to ensure high delivery standards.
- Equipment Operation: Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets company standards.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) and flexible hours.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but we train motivated candidates.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Documentation: Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
- Attendance: Strong track record of punctuality and attendance.
