Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move merchandise between dock areas and storage locations efficiently.
- Verify and count incoming stock against work orders to ensure accuracy.
- Package and seal products for shipment, ensuring all safety standards are met.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks, in a safe manner.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Assist in inventory counts and stock rotation to ensure inventory levels are optimal.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Willingness and ability to work rotating weekend shifts (Saturday and/or Sunday).
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate handheld scanners or WMS systems.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and quality control.
- Excellent physical stamina and the ability to stand for extended periods.
- High school diploma or GED preferred; on-the-job training provided.
