Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, pack, and ship packages using RF scanners and automated systems
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with proper safety protocols
- Perform inventory counts and cycle counts with accuracy documentation
- Maintain clean, organized workstations and follow OSHA compliance standards
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets
- Assist with loading/unloading trucks and cross-docking operations
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for workflow efficiency
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not required
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanners
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record (for equipment operation)
- Flexible availability to work weekends (Sat/Sun) and potential holidays
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
