Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts)
- Maintain organized inventory with cycle counting
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet deadlines
- Inspect products for quality assurance
- Assist in warehouse layout optimization projects
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly
- Basic math and computer literacy
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Valid driver's license preferred
- 1+ years warehouse experience preferred
- OSHA certification a plus
- Willingness to work flexible weekend shifts
