Responsibilities
- Pick, Pack, and Ship: Efficiently retrieve items from shelves using RF scanners, pack them securely, and prepare them for outbound delivery with 100% accuracy.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular cycle counts and assist in monthly physical inventory audits to maintain precise stock levels.
- Material Handling: Safely operate powered industrial equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems, adhering to all OSHA safety regulations.
- Receiving and Quality Control: Inspect incoming freight for damage or discrepancies, sign for deliveries, and organize stock into designated storage zones.
- Facility Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by promptly removing debris and organizing pallets.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate logs of daily activities and handle shipping documents with strict attention to detail.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED is required.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not mandatory; we provide full training.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand or walk for extended periods in a fast-paced environment.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer proficiency and the ability to read pick lists and packing slips.
- Driver's License: Valid U.S. driver's license required.
