Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and sort incoming inventory using RF scanners
- Pick and pack orders with precision to meet daily targets
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) safely after certification
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and comply with OSHA standards
- Conduct cycle counts and inventory audits for stock accuracy
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize weekend workflows
- Document inventory movements in warehouse management systems
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanners
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Willingness to obtain forklift certification (provided)
- Reliable transportation to DC warehouse location
- Positive attitude and commitment to safety protocols
- Ability to work independently and in team settings
