Responsibilities
- Accurately process incoming/outgoing shipments using RF scanners and inventory management systems
- Operate powered industrial equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with OSHA-compliant safety protocols
- Perform quality control checks on products before shipment
- Maintain organized storage areas and optimize warehouse layout for maximum efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to all safety regulations and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain training
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Flexible schedule availability (Saturdays & Sundays, 6am-2pm)
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
