Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders according to daily requirements
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with proper safety protocols
- Maintain organized inventory using scanning systems and manual counts
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards and company policies
- Perform quality checks on outgoing shipments
- Assist with receiving and stocking new inventory
Qualifications
- Ability to stand and lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Valid state ID or driver's license
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Reliable transportation to shift location
- Willingness to work flexible weekend hours
- Previous warehouse experience a plus but not required
