Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Perform inventory counts and cycle checks to maintain stock accuracy
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) after certification
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and comply with OSHA safety standards
- Collaborate with team to meet daily productivity and quality targets
- Assist with receiving, unloading, and processing inbound shipments
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety concerns immediately
Qualifications
- Must be available for both Saturday and Sunday shifts (6am-2pm)
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic math skills and attention to detail for inventory tasks
- Willingness to complete forklift certification (training provided)
- Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills
- Reliable transportation to Arlington, VA facility
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
