Responsibilities
- Handle receiving, sorting, and storing inventory with precision
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely
- Perform quality checks and maintain accurate inventory records
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet shipment deadlines
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and warehouse procedures
- Assist with loading/unloading trucks and order fulfillment
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Valid driver's license preferred (equipment training provided)
- Reliable transportation to Mesa industrial area
- Ability to work independently and in team settings
- Availability for Friday-Sunday shifts (6:00 AM - 4:30 PM)
