Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts - training provided)
- Maintain organized inventory and stock rotation systems
- Inspect and prepare items for safe transport
- Adhere to all OSHA and safety protocols
- Collaborate with team to meet daily productivity goals
- Complete quality control checks on outgoing shipments
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old with reliable transportation
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Basic computer literacy (RF scanner training provided)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Flexible schedule availability (weekend shifts required)
- No prior warehouse experience necessary
- Pass background check and drug screening
