Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Safely load, unload, and move products using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Picking & Packing: Accurately pick orders according to packing slips and prepare them for shipping.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular cycle counts.
- Quality Control: Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage or defects.
- Organization: Keep the warehouse floor organized, clean, and compliant with safety protocols.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine pre-shift inspections on warehouse equipment and report any issues.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Friday-Sunday) and potentially holidays.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required; on-the-job training provided.
- License: Valid Driver's License required.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and safety standards.
- Communication: Ability to follow verbal and written instructions clearly.
