Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Perform inventory counts and maintain organized stock in a climate-controlled environment
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts - certification provided)
- Inspect and sort incoming shipments for quality control and damage assessment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Maintain clean, safe work areas following OSHA compliance standards
Qualifications
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in inventory management
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn new technologies
- Reliable transportation to early morning/weekend shifts
- Team player with excellent communication skills
