Responsibilities
- Load and unload inbound and outbound freight using pallet jacks, forklifts, and hand trucks.
- Pick, pack, and stage customer orders with a focus on accuracy and speed.
- Organize and maintain the warehouse floor to ensure a safe and efficient workflow.
- Perform cycle counts and inventory checks to ensure stock accuracy.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company security policies.
- Operate scanning equipment and warehouse management systems (WMS).
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer skills and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Must be reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required (we provide training).
- Ability to work in various weather conditions (loading docks).
