Responsibilities
- Accurately sort, scan, and package incoming shipments using barcode scanners and labeling systems
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with training) to move inventory efficiently
- Perform cycle counts and inventory audits to maintain accurate stock records
- Inspect products for quality assurance and report any discrepancies to supervisors
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and adhere to all safety protocols
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines
- Assist with loading/unloading trucks and optimizing storage space utilization
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience required - we provide comprehensive on-the-job training
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds regularly throughout shifts
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in inventory management
- Basic math skills for inventory counts and quantity verification
- Reliable transportation and consistent weekend availability (Sat/Sun shifts)
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new processes and equipment
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
