Responsibilities
- Unload and sort incoming shipments using RF scanners
- Pick and pack customer orders with 99.5% accuracy
- Maintain organized inventory in warehouse racks and zones
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided)
- Perform quality control checks on outgoing shipments
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and housekeeping standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet deadlines
- Participate in monthly inventory counts
Qualifications
- No warehouse experience required - training provided!
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for 8-hour shifts
- Basic math skills and attention to detail
- Valid government-issued ID and work authorization
- Availability to work Saturday/Sunday (5 AM-1:30 PM)
- Reliable transportation to our industrial park location
- Willingness to work in varying temperature conditions
