Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and sort incoming inventory using barcode scanners
- Load and unload shipments from trucks using pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided)
- Pick and pack orders according to specifications in a timely manner
- Maintain organized warehouse conditions by stacking products safely and efficiently
- Conduct regular cycle counts and inventory audits to ensure accuracy
- Operate warehouse equipment (conveyors, pallets) following safety protocols
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to supervisors immediately
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience required – full training provided
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in inventory handling
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and order verification
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
- Valid driver's license preferred but not required
- Reliable transportation to our Nashville facility
- Willingness to work flexible weekend shifts (Saturday/Sunday)
