Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Safely load and unload trucks using hand trucks, pallet jacks, or forklifts (training provided).
- Picking and Packing: Accurately pick items from inventory and prepare them for shipment according to customer orders.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular cycle counts and ensure stock levels are accurate and organized.
- Quality Control: Inspect incoming and outgoing goods to ensure they meet quality standards and are free of damage.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine cleaning and minor maintenance on warehouse equipment and work areas.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and workplace protocols at all times.
- Team Collaboration: Work effectively with team members to meet daily productivity goals and deadlines.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We provide on-the-job training for all new hires. Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a recurring basis.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic Math: Comfortable with basic arithmetic for scanning barcodes and counting inventory.
- Attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail to ensure order accuracy and prevent errors.
- Documentation: Ability to read and understand safety labels and work instructions.
- Legal Status: Must be eligible to work in the United States.
