Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Safely load, unload, and move products to and from trailers using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Inventory Management: Accurately scan items, verify stock levels, and maintain organized warehouse aisles.
- Packing & Shipping: Package orders securely for shipment and prepare necessary documentation.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine inspections of warehouse equipment and report any safety hazards immediately.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols at all times.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team leads and other associates to meet daily productivity targets.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a regular basis.
- Reliability: A history of punctuality and dependability is required.
- Basic Math Skills: Comfortable with basic counting and inventory tracking.
- Communication: Ability to follow verbal and written instructions clearly.
