Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and stock inventory in climate-controlled warehouse environment
- Operate powered industrial equipment (forklift, pallet jack) with proper safety protocols
- Pick and pack orders efficiently for shipment to retail partners
- Maintain clean, organized workspace and adhere to OSHA safety standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet weekend shipping deadlines
- Conduct cycle counts and inventory reconciliation as assigned
- Document all warehouse activities using digital tracking systems
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly with proper techniques
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in inventory management
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking systems
- Reliable transportation to weekday/weekend shifts
- Willingness to work flexible weekend hours (Saturday/Sunday)
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not required
- OSHA forklift certification or ability to obtain during training
