Responsibilities
- Accurately process inbound/outbound shipments using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Maintain organized inventory storage and conduct cycle counts with precision
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) adhering to OSHA standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily productivity targets
- Implement 5S principles to ensure workplace safety and efficiency
- Document warehouse activities and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for operational excellence
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods
- Basic math skills for inventory reconciliation and documentation
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain company-sponsored training
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols
