Responsibilities
- Execute accurate inventory management, including cycle counts and stock reconciliation
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with precision and safety
- Coordinate efficient order fulfillment and shipping processes to meet SLAs
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness and compliance with OSHA standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
- Utilize WMS systems for real-time inventory tracking and reporting
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for operational excellence
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience required
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain company-sponsored certification)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for 8+ hour shifts
- Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS) and RF scanners
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities
- Flexible availability for weekend shifts (Sat/Sun) and overtime
- Valid driver's license preferred
