Responsibilities
- Execute accurate order picking, packing, and shipping processes with zero-error standards
- Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and warehouse automation systems
- Conduct real-time inventory counts and maintain meticulous warehouse organization
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize weekend shift workflows
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean, hazard-free workspaces
- Process inbound/outbound shipments using WMS technology
- Support cycle counts and physical inventory audits
- Document operational metrics and identify process improvement opportunities
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- OSHA 10-hour certification or willingness to obtain
- Forklift certification (or ability to pass certification test)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for 8+ hours
- Proficiency with basic warehouse technology (RF scanners, WMS)
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Flexible availability to work Saturdays/Sundays + overtime
- Valid driver's license and clean background check
