Responsibilities
- Efficiently unload and verify incoming shipments
- Accurately process and organize inventory in our WMS system
- Pick and pack orders with precision for timely shipments
- Operate material handling equipment safely (forklifts, pallet jacks)
- Maintain clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant work areas
- Perform cycle counts and inventory reconciliation
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily productivity goals
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer literacy and data entry experience
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable weekend availability (6am-2:30pm Sat/Sun)
- Valid driver's license preferred
