Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and move products to and from storage areas using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Picking & Packing: Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders to meet customer delivery deadlines.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate stock levels and conducting regular inventory counts.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols, wear required PPE, and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
- Quality Control: Inspect incoming and outgoing goods for damages and report any discrepancies immediately.
- Documentation: Complete necessary paperwork, including shipping labels and logs, accurately and timely.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, lift, and bend for extended periods; ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Reliability: Must be punctual and have a consistent work history.
- Background Check: Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Communication: Basic ability to read and follow instructions; willingness to learn new systems.
