Responsibilities
- Execute picking, packing, and shipping orders with high accuracy and speed.
- Manage inventory levels and ensure stock accuracy using handheld scanners.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Operate warehouse equipment including forklifts and pallet jacks (training provided).
- Collaborate with the team to meet daily and weekly production goals.
- Perform data entry and system updates for all shipments.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Flexibility to work Saturdays and Sundays (and occasional overtime).
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new warehouse management systems quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
