Responsibilities
- Receive, verify, and prepare incoming inventory for shipment and storage.
- Accurately pick, pack, and stage orders for delivery using warehouse management systems.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment at all times.
- Perform regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production goals and safety standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Flexibility to work weekends and overtime shifts as required.
