Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship high-tech components with zero-error standards
- Operate electric pallet jacks and forklifts in a climate-controlled environment
- Conduct cycle counts and maintain real-time inventory accuracy
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols while operating warehouse equipment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Process returns and quality control checks for sensitive electronics
- Utilize warehouse management systems for inventory tracking
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 6 months warehouse/forklift experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand for 8+ hour shifts
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Basic computer literacy for inventory software
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Flexible availability for weekend shifts (Sat/Sun 6AM-2PM)
