Responsibilities
- Unload, sort, and organize incoming shipments efficiently
- Pick and pack orders with 99% accuracy
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely
- Conduct inventory counts and maintain stock records
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and 5S standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
