Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and organize inventory using RF scanners and digital systems
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move goods efficiently while adhering to safety protocols
- Pick, pack, and ship orders with precision to meet daily targets
- Maintain clean and organized warehouse spaces following 5S standards
- Conduct cycle counts and inventory reconciliations to ensure data accuracy
- Collaborate with team members to optimize weekend shift workflows
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety hazards immediately
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior warehouse experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain company-sponsored training
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail with basic computer literacy
- Flexibility to work Saturdays and Sundays with potential weekday overtime
