Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and WMS systems
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks in compliance with OSHA safety standards
- Perform inventory audits and cycle counts with 99% accuracy
- Load/unload freight trucks and optimize warehouse space utilization
- Maintain clean, organized workstations and adhere to 5S protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet weekend deadlines
- Document inventory discrepancies and process returns/replenishments
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for operational efficiency
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not required
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols
- Availability for flexible weekend shifts (Fri-Sun or Sat-Sun)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work overtime during peak seasons as needed
