Responsibilities
- Accurately process incoming/outgoing shipments using RF scanners and inventory management systems
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with OSHA-certified safety protocols
- Maintain organized storage areas and execute efficient product rotation systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet weekend shift deadlines
- Conduct quality control checks and report equipment maintenance needs
- Adhere to all safety regulations and maintain 5S workplace standards
- Document inventory discrepancies and assist in cycle count procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly with proper techniques
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn warehouse management software
- Flexible availability for weekend shifts (Saturday/Sunday) and overtime
- Valid driver's license preferred (for equipment operation training)
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience a plus
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
