Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, scan, and organize incoming shipments using RF scanners
- Pick and pack orders with 99.9% accuracy for timely weekend deliveries
- Operate electric pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided)
- Maintain inventory counts and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Collaborate in cross-functional teams to meet weekend throughput goals
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols in all warehouse activities
- Support cycle counts and inventory reconciliation projects
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or inventory experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for 8-hour shifts
- Basic math skills and comfort with digital inventory systems
- Valid CA driver's license (for equipment operation)
- Flexible availability Saturdays and Sundays (6 AM - 6 PM)
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- OSHA 10 certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
