Responsibilities
- Pack, seal, and label products securely for shipment to ensure damage-free delivery.
- Operate warehouse machinery, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks, in compliance with safety protocols.
- Sort, stock, and organize inventory in designated areas to maintain optimal storage efficiency.
- Perform quality control checks on incoming and outgoing goods to maintain high standards.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently to meet daily productivity targets.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to resolve operational challenges quickly.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and processing orders.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and/or Sunday).
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
- No specific warehouse experience is necessary; a strong work ethic is required.
