Responsibilities
- Safely operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) to move and organize inventory
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders according to daily schedules
- Maintain clean and organized work areas following safety protocols
- Conduct cycle counts and inventory audits with precision
- Collaborate with team members to optimize weekend shift efficiency
- Document all activities and inventory movements in our digital system
- Participate in continuous process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain training
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
- Flexible schedule with mandatory weekend availability (Sat/Sun)
- Basic computer literacy for inventory management systems
