Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, sort, and stage incoming inventory using RF scanners
- Pick and pack orders with zero-error precision for timely shipments
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with proper certification
- Maintain clean, organized workspaces and adhere to OSHA safety protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory reconciliation processes
- Document transactions in warehouse management systems
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain company-sponsored certification
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn inventory software
- Flexibility to work weekends and overtime as operational needs require
- Valid California driver's license (if operating company vehicles)
