Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Operate material handling equipment including forklifts and pallet jacks (certification provided)
- Maintain organized inventory counts and participate in cycle counting processes
- Adhere to strict safety protocols including PPE usage and equipment inspection
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Load/unload trucks efficiently while maintaining damage-free standards
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for warehouse efficiency
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Flexible availability for weekend shifts (Fri-Sat-Sun or Sat-Sun-Mon)
