Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment with precision
- Manage inventory control systems using RF scanners
- Pick, pack, and ship orders with 99.8% accuracy
- Maintain OSHA-compliant safety protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on warehouse optimization
- Perform quality inspections on incoming/outgoing shipments
- Utilize WMS software for real-time inventory tracking
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds consistently
- Basic computer literacy with WMS experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Flexible availability including weekends/holidays
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Valid Colorado driver's license
