Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and inventory management systems
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with safety certifications
- Maintain accurate inventory counts through cycle counting and audits
- Load/unload trucks and organize storage areas for optimal workflow
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean workspaces
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Process returns and damaged goods documentation
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with warehouse technology
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable transportation to early/late shift availability
- Pass background check and drug screening
- 1+ years warehouse experience preferred
