Responsibilities
- Efficiently receive, scan, and process incoming inventory with RF scanners
- Pick and pack orders accurately for shipment to retail partners
- Maintain organized warehouse layouts and conduct regular cycle counts
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company quality standards
- Support inventory reconciliation and loss prevention initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- 1+ years warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with RF scanners
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Reliable transportation to our New Orleans facility
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
