Responsibilities
- Efficiently receive, scan, and process incoming shipments
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with accuracy
- Maintain organized inventory using RF scanners and WMS systems
- Safely operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with certification)
- Collaborate in cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and 5S standards
- Perform cycle counts and inventory reconciliation tasks
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check
- Flexible availability including weekends/holidays
- Valid CA driver's license preferred
