Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and organize incoming inventory using RF scanners
- Pick and pack orders with 99.9% accuracy for e-commerce and B2B clients
- Operate electric pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided)
- Maintain clean, OSHA-compliant work zones and equipment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily/weekly KPIs
- Conduct cycle counts and inventory reconciliation
- Support shipping/receiving documentation and compliance
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- 1+ years warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand/walk 8+ hours daily
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain training
- Basic math and computer literacy skills
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
