Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Operate material handling equipment including pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided)
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counting and stock rotation
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Process incoming shipments and perform quality control inspections
- Assist in optimizing warehouse layouts for operational efficiency
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities

- Pass background check and drug screening
