Responsibilities
- Accurately process incoming shipments and inventory management
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks (certification provided)
- Pick/pack orders with 99.5% accuracy
- Maintain OSHA-compliant warehouse conditions
- Coordinate with shipping/receiving teams
- Perform cycle counts and audits
- Train new associates on safety protocols
Qualifications
- 1+ years warehouse/forklift experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly
- Valid driver's license and clean record
- High school diploma or GED required
- Basic math/computer literacy
- Flexible availability (weekends/evenings)
- Pass pre-employment background/drug screen
