Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and sort incoming inventory using RF scanners
- Pick, pack, and stage orders for shipment according to quality standards
- Maintain organized warehouse storage and optimize space utilization
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts safely (certification provided)
- Conduct cycle counts and inventory audits to ensure accuracy
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Valid driver's license preferred (for equipment operation)
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience a plus
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
- Flexible schedule availability including weekends if needed
