Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Perform inventory counts and maintain organized stock rotation in climate-controlled zones
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently (certification provided)
- Inspect incoming shipments for quality and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize warehouse workflows
- Maintain clean and compliant work areas following OSHA standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance record
- Basic computer literacy with willingness to learn new systems
