Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment to meet daily quotas.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks safely and efficiently.
- Receive, unload, and organize incoming inventory shipments.
- Perform regular inventory counts and maintain accurate records in the warehouse management system.
- Inspect products for defects and damages before shipping.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to optimize workflow and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a warehouse worker, picker, or material handler is preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Familiarity with warehouse management software and basic computer skills is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to workplace safety.
- Reliable transportation to and from the El Paso facility.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends if necessary.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States.
